Our website collects basic information that you submit for the purpose of obtaining a response from our law firm regarding the possibility of our assisting you with your legal needs.  A mere submission at our website does not in itself imply any type of attorney client relationship.  Only after client and attorney have both agreed to the representation does an attorney client relationship exist.  Information submitted at our website is used solely for these purposes and are not shared with third parties for the purposes of additional solicitation.  A third party may utilize your information if their access is routine and/or part of assisting our law firm.

Because we value your privacy we have taken the necessary precautions to be in compliance with the California Online Privacy Protection Act. We therefore will not distribute your personal information to outside parties without your consent.

Children's Online Privacy Protection Act Compliance:

We are in compliance with the requirements of COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act), we do not collect any information from anyone under 13 years of age. Our website, products and services are all directed to people who are at least 13 years old or older.
